This post is inspired by a meme running at  Seasider in the City who I incidentally met at an event.

Michelle who blogs at Mummy from the Heart and Jen from Britmums have, this week, been in Ethiopia with ONE.

ONE is a non-partisan advocacy organization dedicated to the fight against extreme poverty and preventable disease, particularly in Africa. They are there to shout about the great work that has been done in the country, where once the majority were starving. Here is the Living Proof.

The meme is to create a word or series of words starting with the first letter from the phrase ONEMUM describing what being a mum means to you..

Here is my attempt!

Mine (well Ours but you know what I mean!)

Follow the journey of Michelle and the team with the #ONEMums and #ONEMoms tags and sign up here to support ONE. This gives you the opportunity to take action to support effective, proven initiatives that are delivering results in the poorest places on the planet: protecting families from preventable diseases like AIDS and malaria, putting children in school, providing economic opportunity and stabilising communities.

Thank you for your support!!
