We are now on countdown until our next Center Parcs break and really can’t wait!

Last time we went to Center Parcs as a family was when the boys were quite little (and it was in the lead up to Christmas) so the break this time will be a quite different experience.

We really enjoyed the subtropical swimming pool and we saw the children’s confidence in water growing as they splashed and swam and zipped down the little slides.

This year we have a few activities planned including junior quad bikes, mini jet skis and a segway experience. Well at least that is the plan at the moment, we keep changing our minds as they all look fantastic. There is the temptation to book the aerial adventure as the boys would love this.

The main thing I am most looking forward to is spending time together as a family, especially the chance to go out on a family bike ride. The children have bikes and love going out on them, but us adults don’t and have usually  hired cycles whenever we have gone out for the day. The opportunity to have our own bikes at the front door will be a fantastic opportunity to get out in the woodlands and have some cycling fun!

It will also be a fab opportunity to take the boys to an Indian restaurant which we have never done! We often eat out as a family and they love Indian food so a visit to Rajinda Pradesh is going to be an essential part of our weekend where we can all enjoy a relaxing meal.

Center Parcs currently have a fantastic competition which anyone can enter and can potentially win you a short break at a Center Parcs Village of your choice.   If you have any fun photos of what you would be doing if you were at Center Parcs today check out the competition page here . The photo could be of a family activity, a meal in your favourite restaurant or maybe even just enjoying some quiet time at the spa – we just want to see what you’d be doing if you were at Center Parcs. If your family haven’t visited Center Parcs before, you can still enter using photos that capture you spending family time together.

The closing date for the competition is midday on Friday, 13th June and two winners will be selected at random from all the entries received.

Did you also know that Center Parcs will be doing a station takeover at Waterloo Station from Monday 9th June to Friday 13th June? Anyone in the area will be able to experience lots of really fun things linked to Center Parcs, including virtual archery and zip wire, but most importantly, all photos submitted with the #wincpbreak hashtag are in the running to be featured on the 40 metre-long indoor motion screen. I wish we lived closer to London so we could take part in this fantastic event!
