We had our first snow day since Ethan has started school – yey! A snow day is when the school closes due to extreme weather conditions and everyone gets a day off! Thankfully I don’t have a job, or any pressing engagements, which meant I didn’t have to make last minute childcare arrangement like the many 1000’s of parents no doubt do have to. Although Noah’s nursery was open this would mean I would have to get dressed so we gave him the day off too!
Also linking up with The Gallery’s theme of Adventure and Fun Photo Fun. We are always looking for an adventure, or going on an adventure and this unexpected day was a fantastic adventure!

Did you have fun in the snow or will you be happy to when it has all melted away?
You know you are old when you look out of the window and see the snow. I have always loved snow but now worry that I might fall and break a leg etc so enjoy whilst you are young and able to, its lovely to see those glowing faces xxx
Lovely photos. We thoroughly enjoyed the snow too. It’s always a bit sad when it goes!
Looks like a lot of fun 🙂 woohoo x
Not jealous much! I dream of a day off sledging with the kids last week but the snow missed us and now it is +11 degrees. Looks like you had my dream come true and enjoyed it too!
I love the way snow laces trees like this, so picturesque. The look of sheer delight on your boys’ faces is a a delight!
