Since the beginning of December as soon as Christmas preparations were under way the boys, particularly Ethan have been asking “when are we going to get a message from Santa to see if we are on the good list?”. It has certainly become part of our Christmas tradition as we have done it for the last four years! I have had the best intentions but just kept forgetting to do the video on the Portable North Pole website.

Anyway, eventually I did get around to it and then finding the right time to show them it never seemed to happen!

Well I know we are a little late to the party but tonight they have watched their video! They were both so excited.

  • They saw their name and photo on Santa’s screen.
  • They saw their friends and their cousins “files” in Santa’s office.
  • They watched in trepitation as the machine whirrled and whirled to reveal if they were on the good or naughty list.
  • They squealed in delight to find they were both on the good list – Ethan for trying hard to be nice to his brother (yes he was seriously worried about this one!) and Noah for trying hard at school (this he felt secretly quite confident about I think).

After Butlins on Sunday revealed that Noah was on the good list and Ethan (and Mummy and Daddy) on the naughty list there were nerves.

So for the 10 minutes or so it took them to watch the video they were quiet and they were good. Now they are back to their usual selves.

It is Christmas Eve tomorrow and we have a fabulous bonus video to show them of Santa flying through the air en route to drop their presents off, if of course they tidy their bedrooms, go to bed early and leave out the obligatory drink and mince pie and carrot for Rudolph!

Luckily they both made it onto the good list! Happy days 🙂

Well it still isn’t too late to get your own video for yourself, your partner or children! The basic PNP message from Santa is free but you can buy lots of additional products such as the Premium video, a message on Christmas Eve, a phone call from Santa, letter, certificate and much more. It costs £2.99 for a premium video message, phone call from Santa (with choice of topic) and a video on Christmas Eve.

Disclosure: we received a complimentary premium video, phone call and extra message from Santa on Christmas Eve but all opinions expressed within this post are our own unbiased.

Lovely to read this Louise, I am glad they are both on the mend and on the good list! Did you see if my name was on it too? Xxx
