Apart from the usual running around activities that come with two young and energetic children, I have struggled with getting a regular fitness plan established.

Since that “special” birthday part year however the weight has piled on so I have started to do Davina’s fab workout vid… (eating less is not an option!). It consists of two 30 minute workouts and several short targeted regimes. It is pretty good!

It enables me to fit a workout in between school/ nursery runs without leaving the house. I feel so much better when I have done the workouts and it give me an energy boost and I sleep much better at night.

What are your secrets for fitting exercise into the daily routine?

    Like you I struggle so I have just bought the 30 day shred DVD and after two days it seriously hurts!

      I have tried to “get shredded” too Nikki, it is fab you can do it in 20 minute workouts. Gilliam Michaels is my girl crush 🙂 might have to get her out again as it did work!

    Oh my lord Molly I do Zumba too but only manage two a week but 5 surely that’s on the verge of killing yourself!

    Zumba is great Louise I’ve heard the DVD is fantastic too but don’t know for sure!

  6. Ding exercise really early when I’m basically still half asleep is best for me. My body doesn’t realise what’s going on til I’ve finished lol x

    My problem with fitness videos is that I would much rather curl up on the sofa to watch TV so I would then never turn on the actual fitness video!

    Zumba… the key to all my fitness. I do at least 3 classes a week but often that turns into 5.. it is hard work but so much fun and I love dancing and music so it fits perfectly. Luckily I have a very understanding hubby who gives me a cheery wave as I disappear out through the door on at least 2 evenings a week.

      Wow – well done you! My hubby doesn’t get home from work till at least 7 (often later) and I am too tired to head out for fitness stuff then.. #excusesexcuses Have done zumba classes in the day though and they are great fun! x
