Every year the streets twinkle and shine around us more and more in the lead up to Christmas. I do love to see the lights and we always have a big debate about what are favourites are- the traditional cream ones, dripping icicles, flashy santas or neon brights! However we have never actually decorated the outside of our house. The main reason for this is because we have never actually found the right thing anywhere. It always seems to get complicated with where to put them or where to plug them in never mind which colour and variety!

So when we were invited to try out some outdoor lights from LED Hut we were very excited to see what they would send!

We received a box of icicle lights in red, blue, green and orange. The string is 5 metres and can be used outdoor or indoor.

Using gutter clips from Wilkinson (£2), we attached them to the front of the house. One packet of the lights didn’t stretch quite across the front of the house and it looked a bit half finished so I bought another set to complete the look. They arrived promptly the next day in secure packaging. So now I can vouch for their delivery and service as a customer as well as a reviewer!

We were thrilled with how they look and think they give a lovely festive feel to the house which is a lovely welcome home.

They retail at around £20 a set and at the moment there is an offer to save 30% on Christmas lights!

Twinkle Twinkle!
