We are fortunate enough to live very close up a farm, and can see the cows from our bedroom window. Noah loves to jump up on the sill and watch them.

Today we decided to go out and see them…

The cows were in another field to us and weren’t too interested is us passing by. We walked the way the cows sometimes walk when they fancy some different grass to chew on and a different view perhaps… We stopped for some dandelion clock blowing action and essential leaf kicking…

A lovely autumn nature walk. We picked up some leaves for craft activities loving the abundant colours..

How lovely to live somewhere you can do that!

  7. I have to confess to not liking a field of cows, not good for a Farmer’s wife! Very happy to see them, on the other side of the fence! I love the photos there on the gate and blowing the dandelion, how lovely to be able to nip outdoors and do all this right from your house. thank you for sharing your walk on Country Kids.

I’m a bit of a wuss when it comes to cows and keep my head down and avoid eye contact! Looks like a lovely walk though x

We sometimes walk through cows to get home on the school run. My youngest ran towards some once and the big cows went to run towards him and that wasn’t even a bull – scary.

Eekk sounds hairy! The cows always stare at us but we haven’t been bothered by them (yet). I am a little cautious of them as some of them are HUGE! So try to give them a wide berth just in case.. thanks for sharing xxx
